Summary: O objetivo desta pesquisa foi estudar a distribuição natural de Xanthosoma taioba no período presente (2009-2019) e a sua projeção para o cenário climático futuro RCP 8.5 (mais “pessimista”), em dois intervalos de tempo (2020-2050 e 2051-2070), nos domínios fitogeográficos brasileiros.
