Summary: The resistance to natural infection by gastrointestinal nematodes was compared in 45 male and female cattle of two genetic groups: Nelore (NI, n=28) and "three cross" ~ Angus + X Canchim + X Nelore (TC, n=17). The animais were monitored for 24 months during which they remained in tropical pastures without anti-parasite treatment.
