Summary: Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) é uma espécie com benefícios nutracêuticos tradicionalmente consumida por populações indígenas e urbanas amazônicas. Estudos de diversidade genética e do sistema reprodutivo são necessários para a conservação e uso dos recursos genéticos da espécie. Objetivou-se estimar parâmetros de diversidade genética e do sistema reprodutivo de sacha inchi, utilizando-se marcadores Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP).
