Researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa Cerrados). Graduated in Agronomy from the University of Brasília (1990). Master in Sustainable Development by the Center for Sustainable Development (CDS) of the University of Brasília (2003). He holds a PhD in Sciences (Area of Concentration of Family Agricultural Production Systems) from the Federal University of Pelotas - UFPel. Experience in research in the field of Agronomy, with an emphasis on Rural Development and family farming, working mainly on the following themes: technology validation, multicriteria assessment of technologies and production systems. Participated in the team that adapted a support method for the sustainable development of family farming in Silvânia, GO and that was validated in three Agrarian Reform settlements in Unaí, MG.
